About Neuk

Welcome to Neuk, a digital real estate marketplace that provides an online platform for property owners, buyers, tenants and licensed agents to connect, list and manage property transactions in a transparent and structured way. Neuk enables users to list their properties, buyers to submit and track offers, tenants to connect directly with landlords and licensed agents to manage their listings and client interactions – all within a single digital ecosystem at www.neuk.ae and through the mobile application available in

(collectively, the "Platform").

What we do

The Platform facilitates real estate transactions from listing to sale or lease by centralising interactions, documentation and approvals within the Platform thereby eliminating inefficiencies and ensuring a streamlined real estate experience.

What we do not do

Neuk does not operate as a real estate broker, real estate agent, an escrow services provider, financial institution, legal advisor, or financial advisor. Neuk does not negotiate property prices nor does it provide any financing or legal representation, but rather facilitates the property transaction and rental process by providing a digital framework for users to manage real estate dealings independently. Any tools, data, market insights or other information provided through our Services are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Neuk governing your access to and use of the Platform, including our websites, applications, features, tools, products and services managed by us or on our behalf (collectively, our "Services") and any related software, code, databases, information, data, materials website design, branding, trademarks, text, graphics, images, videos, user interfaces, and any other proprietary content, published on, or available through the Platform (collectively, our "Content").

Who we are and affiliated businesses

Neuk is owned and operated by Nook Investments FZ-CO and is also affiliated with the following companies and brands, any use of any of the Services provided by the following affiliated brands is subject to these Terms:

(a) Smart Neuk Real Estate LLC (collectively, the "Neuk Companies"). Services offered by each of these companies may be subject to additional terms of use as available on their respective websites, client onboarding process, networks, mobile applications, or otherwise.

Smart Neuk Real Estate LLC has a real estate broker licence, and its agents are licensed by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency, the regulatory arm of the Dubai Land Department. The Neuk Companies, including Smart Neuk Real Estate LLC, may assist you from time to time to facilitate your use of the Platform, as well as certain services that have to be conducted outside of the Platform. However, assistance provided by the Neuk Companies within the Platform are not intended to provide you with any financial or legal advice

In addition to services offered directly by the Neuk Companies, Third party agencies may access and use the Platform to create and manage listings, receive and respond to enquiries. Agents remain solely responsible for holding and maintaining all licences, permits, and regulatory approvals required by the competent authority in the relevant emirate or free zone. Acceptance of these Terms

When we refer to "user", "your" and "you", we mean users of our Services.

The following terms ("Terms") define the relationship between us and the users of our Services:

  1. these Terms of Service; and
  2. any Service-Specific Terms.

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that:

  • you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
  • you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under the applicable real estate laws;
  • your use of the Services is at your own risk, and we do not guarantee transaction success; and
  • non-compliance with these Terms may result in account suspension or deletion, removal of listings or legal action at our discretion.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Services.

Privacy

At Neuk, we want you to understand what information we collect and how we use and share it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, store and use your personal information when you use our Services.

User Account

Some features of our Platform are accessible without an account, but to access several Services on the Platform, you must register as a user. Your user account is our single sign-on and profile management service allowing you to log in to use our Services.

You are solely responsible for keeping your user account secure and confidential while you use our Services. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including identity verification documents as required by applicable real estate regulations and other Federal or emirate-level laws which may apply.

Neuk reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks, including requesting valid government-issued identification and proof of property ownership.

Neuk reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or revoke user accounts at its sole discretion. Accounts may be rejected or revoked due to suspected fraud, misrepresentation, non-compliance, or if a user has previously violated these Terms. Neuk will also act in accordance with the relevant laws and notify the appropriate UAE authorities where it is legally required to do so, without notifying you of any actions taken.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any unauthorized access, breach, or suspicious activity must be reported to Neuk immediately by emailing [support@neuk.ae]. Neuk is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access due to a user's failure to secure their credentials.

Neuk reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to user accounts without prior notice if a user engages in fraudulent activity, violates these Terms, or misuses the Platform. Users may request to close their accounts, but certain obligations may survive termination, including pending transactions or regulatory requirements.

We offer three categories of user accounts with different levels of access and privileges, based on whether the user has completed our verification process: General Users, Verified Users and Verified Agencies. The privileges and limitations of each category are explained within this section.

General Users: A General User is any user who uses our Services without completing Neuk's account verification process. General Users can access basic features of our Services, for example, General Users may use our Platform to browse or search available Listings, view details and prices of Listings, and utilize certain non-interactive tools (such as setting price alerts or saving favourite items). General Users are essentially browsing participants with read-only access to most marketplace features until they become verified.

Verified Users: A Verified User is a registered user who has successfully completed Neuk's verification requirements (such as identity verification, eligibility checks, or providing additional documentation as requested). Verified Users have access to all features available to General Users, plus all other privileges on the Platform. Only once the verification process has been fully completed to Neuk's satisfaction, will the Verified User account be activated. Verified Users can actively participate in the marketplace, for e.g. they can list items for sale or rent and make purchase or rent offers.

Verified Agencies: Neuk for Agents is a specialised account category designed for licensed real estate agencies and brokerage firms who access the Platform through a dedicated interface from the standard Neuk user application. Through this account type, the agency can create and manage sub-accounts for its registered agents, list and oversee properties under its brokerage licence, and monitor leads, offers, and client communications in one place.

Neuk for Agents accounts are available only to licensed real estate brokerages that have been verified by Neuk The agency is responsible for ensuring that all agents operating under its Neuk for Agents account are properly licensed, authorised, and compliant with applicable real-estate regulations.

Each agency is solely responsible for the conduct of its agents, the accuracy of its listings, and adherence to these Terms and all relevant laws. Neuk reserves the right to suspend or revoke Neuk for Agents access if an agency or any of its agents engages in fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant activities on or off the Platform.

Neuk's Role in Property Transactions

Neuk provides a technology-based marketplace that allows users to list, discover, and engage in structured real estate transactions, including both property sales and rentals. The Platform serves solely as an intermediary to facilitate property listings, offer submissions, and transaction coordination. Certain services which may be required in connection with any transaction, will not be provided by Neuk, but Neuk will introduce you to the relevant neuk Company, or to a third party service provider, who will assist with those services. Neuk does not own, sell, buy, lease, or control any property listed on the Platform. Through the Platform, Verified Users can, based on their role:

  • List properties for sale – Sellers can create detailed listings that include property specifications, location, size, condition, amenities, and other relevant details. They may also set a minimum and maximum price, allowing buyers to submit offers within that range. Buyers can also schedule viewings directly through the Platform. Listings remain active for a predefined period, after which offers are reviewed.
  • List properties for rent – Landlords can create detailed listings that include availability, property specifications, payment options, location, size, condition, amenities, and other relevant details. Landlords set a fixed rental price, and prospective tenants may communicate directly with them through the Platform's messaging system. Tenants can inquire about the property, schedule viewings, and negotiate rental terms. Listings will remain active for a predefined period unless removed or leased prior to expiration.
  • Make an offer – Buyers can submit offers digitally through the platform and can see other offers in real-time but without knowing the identity of the other buyers. Users also have the option to enable incremental increases up to a predefined maximum amount.
  • Review and selection of offers – When the offer period closes for a sales listing, Neuk compiles and ranks all submitted offers. Sellers receive the highest-ranked offers first and retain full discretion to accept, reject, or negotiate offers. Neuk does not influence or participate in these decisions.
  • Manage transaction documentation – Neuk provides a secure environment for Verified Users to submit, track, and review required documents related to the transaction, such as identification, proof of funds, contracts, and regulatory approvals.
  • Facilitate the full sale transaction process – Once an offer is accepted, Neuk may then hand the sale transaction process to the relevant neuk Company to take forward with the parties to the transaction. This maybe in the interest of the parties, as this important step can be managed by a regulated real estate brokerage, which handles all necessary steps to complete the transaction, including coordination with the Dubai Land Department, or the land department / equivalent official body in the relevant emirate and/or free zone of the UAE, payment processors and other relevant third parties.

User Verification and Information Collection

To ensure secure and legally compliant transactions, we require users to undergo identity verification, with requirements varying based on whether the user is a buyer, seller, tenant, or landlord, as detailed below:

a) Verified Buyers / Tenants

Individuals must provide the following:

  • proof of funds or mortgage pre-approval (for property purchases) which must be in the name of the Verified User;
  • Emirates ID and passport for identity verification;
  • birthdate, nationality, and home address;
  • contact details (phone number, email, and country of residence);
  • a declaration of intent confirming their role as a buyer or tenant; and
  • any other information, or documentation, as may be requested by Neuk in order to complete the verification process.

Companies must provide the following:

  • an authorized power of attorney confirming the individual acting on behalf of the company;
  • company registration documents (trade license, certificate of incorporation, and articles of association);
  • details of any and all shareholder(s) who own 25% or more of the shares / control in the company, up through any corporate ownership structure, until any Ultimate Beneficial Owner(s) is identified;
  • company contact details (email, phone number, and registered address);
  • a declaration of intent confirming the company's role in the transaction; and
  • any other information, or documentation, as may be requested by Neuk in order to complete the verification process.
b) Verified Sellers / Landlords

Individuals must provide the following:

  • Emirates ID, passport and relevant property deeds/ownership documents to verify ownership;
  • birthdate, nationality, and proof of home address;
  • contact details (phone number, email, and country of residence); and
  • any other information, or documentation, as may be requested by Neuk in order to complete the verification process.

Companies must provide the following:

  • an authorized power of attorney confirming the individual's authority to act on behalf of the company;
  • company registration documents (trade license, certificate of incorporation);
  • details of any and all shareholder(s) who own 25% or more of the shares / control in the company, up through any corporate ownership structure, until any Ultimate Beneficial Owner(s) is identified;
  • company contact details (email, phone number, and registered address); and
  • any other information, or documentation, as may be requested by Neuk in order to complete the verification process.

You agree that any information provided by you to us in using our Services (including in relation to your user account) is correct, accurate and not misleading. You also agree that the above documentation can be shared with other Neuk Companies in so far as it is needed to do so to undertake and or complete the Services.

Exclusive and Non-Exclusive Listings

The Platform accommodates both exclusive and non-exclusive listings by agents. If you list a property as an agent, you must indicate whether your agency engagement for that property is exclusive or non-exclusive, if asked or as prompted by the Platform. You agree not to misrepresent the nature of your authority.

Non-exclusive listings: You acknowledge that the same property may be listed by other agents or agencies if the owner has multiple agency arrangements. Neuk may, in its discretion, flag or manage duplicate property listings to preserve a quality user experience. Agents from the same brokerage should coordinate to avoid creating duplicate listings for the identical property. Neuk reserves the right to remove or consolidate duplicate listings for the same property.

Limitation of Responsibility and User Conduct

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • users are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements related to real estate transactions;
  • Neuk and the Neuk Companies do not conduct background checks or verify the legitimacy, legal status, or financial capacity of any buyer, seller, landlord, tenant or third-party service provider;
  • Neuk and the Neuk Companies shall not be liable for fraudulent activities, misrepresentation, contractual breaches, pricing inaccuracies, disputes over property conditions, or any other issues arising from transactions facilitated by our Services; and
  • users assume full responsibility for their interactions, transactions, and obligations with other users and third-party service providers.

Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Platform may integrate with and/or provide links to third-party services, including but not limited to services provided by Neuk Companies, payment processors, mortgage facilitators and data verification providers. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, or performance of any third-party services. Users engage with third-party service providers at their own risk. Any disputes, errors, delays, or issues arising from third-party services must be resolved directly with the relevant third-party service provider.

Who can use our Services?

Age requirements

The Services are intended for use by individuals and legal entities who are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable laws. You must be at least 21 years old to use our Services. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are:

  • at least 21 years of age;
  • have full legal capacity and authority to use the Services and engage in property transactions;
  • not subject to any sanctions, regulatory restrictions, or prohibitions that would prevent you from using our Services; and
  • using our Services for legitimate and lawful purposes only.

Using our Services on behalf of an organisation

If you are accepting these Terms and using the Services on behalf of an organisation, such as a government entity, public or private business, you represent and warrant that you have the right to bind such organisation to these Terms.

If you are using the Platform as a real estate agent or agency on behalf of a property owner or landlord, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary authorizations and consents from your client before creating a listing. This includes, at minimum, a written agreement or consent from the property owner permitting you to market the property on the Platform (and, if required by law, an executed Form A or equivalent agency agreement). You must be able to provide proof of such owner consent and any related documentation (e.g. title deed, owner's ID, power of attorney if applicable) to Neuk upon request. Listing a property without the owner's prior consent or legal authority is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Use of our Services

Users agree not to use our Services for any purpose that:

  • violates any applicable local, national, or international laws, regulations, or real estate industry standards;
  • seeks to circumvent Platform processes, fees, or policies, including conducting transactions off-platform after initial contact through Neuk;
  • engages in any fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or unethical behaviour;
  • introduces malware, viruses, or malicious code that could compromise the security of the Platform; and/or
  • interferes with the functionality, availability, or integrity of the Platform or attempts to bypass access controls to the Platform.

Neuk reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform at its sole discretion for any violation of these Terms or any applicable laws.

You agree that you shall not engage in any of the following strictly prohibited activities:

  • use the Platform to list:
    • properties outside of [the UAE / the emirates of Dubai and Abu Dhabi]
    • temporary and/or mobile properties in any form;
  • Users are prohibited from using the Platform to connect with other users or to collect data that will allow them to complete transactions outside the Platform in order to avoid Platform fees or processes.
  • Users are prohibited from using the Platform to connect with other users or to collect data for any use.
  • Users are prohibited from using the Platform to connect with other users or entice Buyers or Sellers away from the Platform.
  • Users must not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems they are not authorized to access, nor use bots, web crawlers, automated scripts or any other means to extract data from the Platform.
  • Attempting to hack, exploit vulnerabilities, or introduce harmful software that disrupts Platform operations or compromises data security.
  • Users must not misrepresent property listings or identity, submit false information, or engage in any practices that could deceive or manipulate other users.
  • Engaging in activities that violate real estate laws, consumer protection laws, data protection laws, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, advertising standards and/or any other applicable laws.
  • Using the Platform for any purpose unrelated to real estate transactions, including unauthorized advertising, spam or promotions.
  • Uploading, distributing, or transmitting harmful content, including malware, viruses, or any material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or illegal.
  • Listing non-existent, illegal, or fraudulently acquired properties.
  • Submitting false offers or offers with no intent to complete the transaction.
  • Users must not use the Platform to facilitate money laundering, tax evasion, or fraudulent financial transactions or any other illegal activities.
  • Users that are real estate agents, brokers, or agencies (whether or not registered with or regulated by a real estate authority), or act on behalf of such agents and agencies, are prohibited from using the Platform to collect data or to buy, sell or rent properties on behalf of their clients in exchange for compensation outside of the Platform.

Neuk reserves the right to investigate suspected violations, suspend access, and take legal action if necessary, including reporting suspicious transactions or breaches to law enforcement or the relevant regulatory authorities without notification.

Service Availability and Modifications

While we strive to provide uninterrupted access to our Services, we do not guarantee that our Services will constantly be available and free from any errors and/or technical disruptions. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, security updates, regulatory compliance, or system failures. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice, terminate or restrict user access if deemed necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or any business reasons.

Neuk may also revise, update or amend these Terms at any time, without prior notification. Continued use of our Services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the modifications, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.

Neuk shall not be liable for:

  • losses or damages resulting from Platform unavailability; and/or
  • delays in transactions caused by system downtime, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.

Liability and Indemnification

Neuk provides the Platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Users acknowledge that Neuk does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Platform at all times.

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neuk, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • their violation of these Terms; and
  • their use of our Services.

Liability and Agent Indemnity

You acknowledge that Neuk is not a party to any agreement or contract between you (agent/agency) and your client (property owner, landlord, buyer, or tenant). Any such agreements (including agency agreements or commission arrangements) are solely between you and your client, and you shall not represent to anyone that Neuk is involved in or responsible for your brokerage relationship. You bear sole responsibility for the accuracy of your listings and for all dealings with your clients. Neuk does not guarantee or oversee the conduct of your clients, and any disputes between you and a client must be resolved between those parties. In addition to the general indemnity in these Terms, you specifically agree to indemnify and hold Neuk harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to:

(a) a property owner's allegation that you lacked authority or breached your obligations to them in listing a property; (b) any misrepresentation or error in the content of your listing (including availability, price, property details); (c) your violation of any real estate brokerage law or regulation (including advertising rules); or (d) your contractual or statutory duties to any third party. This indemnity covers, without limitation, any claims by your clients, fines or penalties by regulators, or litigation costs, and will apply even after your account is terminated.

Legal Compliance for Agents

You (the agent/agency) must hold all necessary licenses, registrations, and certifications required to conduct real estate brokerage in the jurisdiction of each property you list (for example, a current RERA broker license for Dubai properties, or other applicable Emirate-level registration). You agree to comply with all laws and regulations governing real estate advertising and brokerage. This includes obtaining any mandatory advertisement permit or approval before publishing a property listing, as required by local authorities (e.g. a Dubai Land Department permit via the Trakheesi system for listings in Dubai).

You shall input or provide any permit number or evidence of approval as the Platform may require, and ensure that all listing information submitted aligns with official records. You further agree to abide by any rules, guidelines, or codes of practice issued by relevant regulatory bodies (such as RERA, DLD, or other Emirates' real estate authorities) that apply to agents, as well as applicable federal laws on e-transactions and consumer protection. Neuk is not responsible for your failure to obtain any required license or permit, and we reserve the right to request proof of your compliance at any time. If you cannot promptly furnish proof of an active license or required permit for a listing, Neuk may remove the listing and/or suspend your account.

Agent Responsibilities and Misconduct

In addition to the general user obligations in these Terms, agents and agencies must conduct themselves in accordance with the professional standards expected in the real estate industry. You must not: (a) knowingly post inaccurate, misleading, or outdated property information; (b) falsely claim to represent a client or property you do not have authority for; (c) engage in bait-and-switch listings (advertising one property to attract leads for another); (d) violate any ethical obligations or regulations applicable to licensed brokers (for example, rules on not discriminating among buyers/tenants, honesty in advertising, etc.). Neuk reserves the right to investigate any reported misconduct by an agent.

If we determine that you have violated these Terms or any law/regulation, we may immediately suspend or terminate your account and remove your listings, without prejudice to other remedies. Serious violations (such as fraudulent listings, unlicensed brokerage, or suspected illegal activity) may also be reported to the relevant authorities or regulators (e.g. the Real Estate Regulatory Agency in Dubai, or other competent bodies). You agree that Neuk shall not be liable for any loss of business or reputation you suffer due to enforcement of this clause.

Intellectual Property and Platform Content

Our Content is owned by or licensed to Neuk and/or Neuk Companies and is protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

  • no ownership rights in the Platform or Content are transferred to users through their use of the Platform;
  • users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms; and
  • users must not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform without Neuk's prior written consent.

Users must not engage in any unauthorized use of Neuk's intellectual property, including but not limited to:

  • copying, modifying, or distributing our Content without written authorization;
  • using Neuk's trademarks, logos, or branding for any commercial purpose, including promotional materials, marketing campaigns, or social media, without explicit approval.
  • creating derivative works or attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's source code, software, or proprietary algorithms; and
  • misrepresenting an affiliation with Neuk or implying endorsement of third-party services.

Neuk reserves the right to take immediate legal action, including seeking injunctive relief, financial damages, and statutory penalties, against users who engage in intellectual property infringement.

Data Protection and Privacy Obligations

If you are an agent or agency, you may receive personal information through the Platform (for example, the contact details of interested buyers/tenants) or upload your clients' information (for example, copies of title deeds or IDs of property owners). You agree to use and process all personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (Personal Data Protection Law), and in accordance with Neuk's Privacy Policy. You shall not use personal data obtained through the Platform for any purpose outside the intended real estate transaction, nor share it with third parties without proper authorization. Client Data: Before sharing any client's personal information or property documentation on the Platform, you must have that client's consent to do so. You are responsible for ensuring that you only upload content that your client has agreed can be made public or shared for transaction purposes. If a client revokes consent or requests removal of their data, you must promptly inform Neuk. Neuk will handle personal data in line with its Privacy Policy, but you, as a data controller for your clients' data, must also uphold all privacy obligations. Any misuse of personal data by an agent (including spamming users or unauthorized marketing) is a serious breach of these Terms.

Agent Account Verification and KYC

In addition to the standard user verification requirements, users registering as real estate agents or agencies may be required to undergo enhanced verification. Neuk reserves the right to request documentation such as: a copy of your firm's real estate brokerage license or registration, proof of your affiliation with a licensed brokerage (e.g. office card or authorization letter from the brokerage), and government-issued identification for the individual agent. We may also request, for any property you list, evidence of the owner's identity and ownership (for example, a title deed and the owner's ID or signed listing agreement) to ensure compliance with our Terms. You agree to cooperate in providing any KYC or due diligence documents that Neuk reasonably requests to verify your credentials and the authenticity of listings. Failure to provide requested documents or information may result in suspension of your listings or your account until verification is completed. Neuk's verification process for agents is an added safeguard but does not exempt you from your obligations to only list properties lawfully and truthfully.

User-Generated Content and Platform Contributions

Users may be permitted to submit, upload, post, or transmit property listings, descriptions, images, videos, feedback, reviews, comments, and other content (collectively, "User Content") on the Platform.

By submitting User Content, users represent and warrant that:

  • they own or have legal rights to publish the User Content and grant Neuk the necessary rights as further detailed in the following section;
  • the User Content does not infringe any third-party rights, including any intellectual property rights; and
  • the User Content is not false, misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.

License Grant to Neuk

By submitting User Content, Users grant Neuk a non-exclusive, worldwide, fully paid-up; royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable and transferable license to:

  • use, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, translate, and publish the User Content for the purpose of operating, managing, marketing, and improving the Platform;
  • share the User Content with third-party partners, affiliates, and service providers as necessary to support Platform operations and related Services; and
  • retain and archive the User Content even after a User's account is deactivated, unless legally required to remove it.

Neuk reserves the right to review, remove, edit, or restrict any User Content at its sole discretion if it violates these Terms, applicable laws, or poses Neuk any reputational, legal, or regulatory risks.

Neuk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a user's account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

Termination by User

Users may close their accounts at any time under their profile settings. However, account closure does not relieve the user of any outstanding obligations, including:

  • pending transactions or commitments to other users;
  • legal, financial, or contractual obligations incurred before termination; and
  • compliance with regulatory requirements related to past transactions.

No Refunds Upon Termination

Users acknowledge that termination of their account does not entitle them to refunds of any fees, commissions, or payments made to Neuk unless explicitly required by applicable law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

If a dispute arises between you and Neuk, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution by emailing support@neuk.ae. We will review your complaint and do our best to address it.

If a dispute between us cannot be resolved amicably, then to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre ("DIFC") and will be interpreted accordingly. You irrevocably agree that the DIFC courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with, your use of our Services or these Terms, and all matters arising from them (including any dispute relating to the existence, validity or termination of these Terms, or any contractual or non-contractual obligation).
