Are You Eligible?

You can apply if you:

• Are a UAE resident, aged 18+
• Have never owned property in Dubai
• Are buying a property worth AED 5 million or less

How to Apply

1. Register via the Dubai REST app or DLD website
2. Verify your identity with Emirates ID and UAE Pass
3. Receive your eligibility QR code
